Glow Suggested Routine
If your skin looks dull, tired, or lacks radiance, this routine is designed to boost glow, smooth texture, and support a healthy looking “glass skin” finish without irritating the barrier.
Morning routine
1 Gentle cleanser
Use a mild water based cleanser that does not strip the skin.
2 Hydrating toner or essence
Choose lightweight hydration to plump and refresh the skin.
3 Antioxidant glow serum
Choose one: vitamin C, niacinamide, or fermented brightening serum.
4 Glow booster layer
Optional but powerful: a brightening essence or ampoule to enhance radiance.
5 Moisturizer
Use a lightweight cream or gel cream to seal hydration and keep skin smooth.
6 Sunscreen SPF 50
This is essential. Sun protection is what keeps glow and prevents new dullness and spots.
Night routine
1 Oil cleanser or cleansing balm
If you wore sunscreen or makeup, start with an oil or balm cleanser.
2 Water based cleanser
Follow with a gentle cleanser.
3 Hydrating toner or essence
You can do 1 to 2 light layers if your skin is dehydrated.
4 Glow treatment nights
Alternate based on your skin tolerance:
Option A 2 to 3 nights per week
Gentle exfoliation for glow: AHA, PHA, or an enzyme based exfoliant
Option B 2 to 4 nights per week
Brightening treatment: TXA, niacinamide, or vitamin C derivative
Option C Recovery nights
No actives. Focus only on hydration and barrier repair.
5 Moisturizer
Finish with a moisturizer that supports the barrier.
Pro tips
• Glow comes from hydration plus gentle resurfacing, not harsh scrubbing.
• If your skin stings, pause actives and focus on barrier repair for a few nights.
• Consistency matters. Expect visible improvement in 4 to 8 weeks.
